A grand AGM of Miraj Branch was conducted today on the occasion of Shaheed Diwas, remembering the supreme sacrifices of Com Bhagat Singh and other martyrs.
The meeting was graced by Chief Guest Com. Venu P. Nair (GS, NRMU CR/KR). DP/DS/DVP along with all DC members were also present. The program began with a spirited procession from ORH, filled with powerful slogan shouting.
At the venue, GS paid floral tributes to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Dr B. R. Ambedkar Ji. A large number of comrades and staff gathered at the union office premises.
Branch office bearers warmly welcomed everyone. GS addressed the gathering in detail about the current situation in Railways and its challenges, emphasizing the need to strengthen the union—especially by involving youth and women. He also extended his best wishes to all, urging everyone to stay healthy and united.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by DP.
