International Women’s Day 🌸
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the National Railway Mazdoor Union (NRMU – CR/KR) extends its heartfelt greetings and revolutionary salute to all women employees who have been continuously contributing to the progress of Indian Railways and the broader labour movement.
Women workers have always stood at the forefront of the struggle for justice, equality, and dignity. Their growing participation in workplaces and in the trade union movement has further strengthened the collective struggle against exploitation, discrimination, and anti-worker policies.
The NRMU (CR/KR) reiterates its unwavering commitment to protect the rights, dignity, and equal opportunities of women employees and pledges to ensure safe, respectful, and equal workplaces for all.
The Union calls upon all comrades to further strengthen the participation of women in organizational activities and leadership, so that the labour movement becomes more inclusive, progressive, and representative. On this important day, let us pledge to unite in the struggle to build a society free from inequality, discrimination, and injustice, where women workers can realize their full potential with dignity, respect, and security.
