The 3rd Headquarters PNM (Permanent Negotiating Machinery) Meeting between NRMU (CR/KR) and the Central Railway Administration was successfully held on 18th September 2025.
Highlights of the Meeting:
Constructive discussions took place on a wide range of staff-related issues across various departments, leading to positive outcomes.
Key concerns pertaining to Dr. B.A.M. Hospital were effectively raised and received due attention and resolution.
The non-conduct of Divisional PNM meetings in certain divisions was strongly raised by GS/NRMU (CR/KR) Com. Venu P. Nair, resulting in a firm assurance from the General Manager for prompt corrective action.
Leadership Address:
Com. Venu P. Nair, General Secretary, addressed the PNM members, emphasizing the importance of unity and proactive engagement. He provided guidance for further strengthening union activities at the grassroots level, reaffirming the union’s commitment to safeguarding workers’ rights.
This meeting marks yet another milestone in our ongoing struggle for the welfare, dignity, and rights of railway workers.
