GS Com. Venu P. Nair was on a whirland visit to Badnera of Bhusawal Division. On his arrival on 23/07/2022 at Badnera Stn. he was given a warm welcome by DS/BSL Com. R.R. Nikam alongwith 100 active workers all in Red Attire & Red Flag.
Doctor, Sikandar Advani (Neuro Surgeon), Doctor, Pawan Agrawal ( Cardiologist ) and PRO Staff from Tulip Hospital Bhusawal came to meet GS Com. Venu P. Nair at Governement Rest House. GS welcomed them and had conversation with them.
Thereafter a massive Rally was arranged in a open jeep in Badnera City. In rally more than 500 active workers participated. Youth and mahila comrades are main attraction of rally and all are in red attire with holding union flags. On the way to venue GS visited and prayed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Bharatratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Statue.
From 15.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs. DCM of Bhusawal Division was held at Badnera. The main attraction of the DCM was Com. Venu P. Nair, GS. All the DC members were present in the meeting. DS/BSL read his report, which was placed for deliberation by the house after that all the Branch Secretaries briefed the DCM about their branch activities .
GS Com. Venu P. Nair addressed the audience amidst huge slogan shouting. First he took stock of all the branches and asked every branch to increase the membership to the maximum. He mentioned that NRMU is the only union, which raises against the injustices meted out to employees. He urged that all the branches should oppose wherever there is injustice to any staff including contract staff like House Keeping and C&W department.
GS spoke at length about the present Government policy of selling Railway assets in the name of monetization. He urged everyone to be united under the banner of NRMU and requested Youth and lady comrades to take active part in the organization activities. The DCM ended with a positive note amidst huge slogan shouting.
Around 16.00 hrs GS visited the house of Com. S.H. Karase, Badnera Branch Secretary, where he was welcomed by his family members by offering bouquet and shawl. GS met all his family members.
